Immutable insurance compensatory data

The challenge.
In response to growing digitalization risks, an Italian insurer and an Italian startup collaborated on a Minimum Viable Product. This assessed tech’s impact on job loss claims, focusing on client security, interaction improvement, and service evolution.
As there was an “intangible” value, the team had to anticipate the success indicators definition. These measured the solution’s value for clients, insurance agents, and claims inspectors, addressing information security, improved interactions, and service enhancements.
Guiding questions include: To what extent did the client feel their information was effectively safeguarded? How did technology enhance client interaction during a critical moment? In what ways did it change the insurance inspector’s process of reviewing and studying the claim? How could the service level of the insurance agent evolve?
