The challenge.
The objective was for the Italian branch of a French skincare, cosmetics, and perfume company to initiate an evolutionary journey for its network of beauty consultants.
The main questions guiding this endeavor were: How can we enhance the experience of beauty consultants and redefine their role? What digital services could be offered to support the diverse personality types and business strategies of the beauty consultants within the network?
