AI Management: specialists-driven evolution

The challenge.
The increasing adoption of artificial intelligence-operated solutions is beginning to generate overlap between expected solutions and deployed projects; coordinating and acting based on the needs of the business and the market will be the main challenge of this project.
The main challenge for the team, coordinated by me as their innovation coach, was to identify the value of artificial intelligence within a financial services corporation, understand the status of technology adoption in each area, and define a proposal for a strategic model to address the identified needs. At the same time, it was necessary to identify a list of use cases with another strategic potential to accelerate the evolution of technology integration.
How can we channel initiatives that use artificial intelligence in the company quickly and effectively? How can we optimize experiments conducted with technology to make them scalable in the context? How do we prepare for cultural change?
